Tipi Tellers, a dedicated
group of professional storytellers, utilizes the power of
story to:
-
develop
strength of character
-
teach
respect for all life
-
promote
inter-cultural harmony
Employing
the Native American philosophy of stewardship, they foster
understanding of the interdependence that exists throughout
all of nature and teach respect for themselves, each other
and all living things.
Teaching through story is the most effective means of imparting
values in non-threatening and entertaining format. The power
of story is the time proven teaching method of history’s
greatest leaders and educators. Stories introduce listeners
to new perspectives on life and values by which to live. Becoming
aware of our responsibility toward one another builds a sense
of community and a newfound respect for life.

Tipi Tellers
stories and metaphors build a sense of community, highlight
character development, stress team building, encourage communication
and emphasize our connections with others.
